The Insurance is only available at time of purchase of the Appliance. You can speak to the customer service representative in store to help you complete your purchase. Please note you cannot buy insurance for the product through this scheme once you have left the store.

Wear and Tear, Depreciation, Mechanical Breakdown (Warranty) or any fraud.

If you have suffered a claim, please report the claim to claims@goldstarinsurance.com within 2 working days. Our team will the guide you on the next steps.

This is the first amount you will have to bare of any loss before the insurance picks up the difference. The excess on this product is 10% of the sum insured, subject to a minimum of UGX 100,000

Damage Claims limited to two per policy period, and loss/theft to one per policy period.

You will need contents insurance, sometimes known as all risk cover, for items for which you require cover out with the home. Please provide details of these items at the time of quotation to ensure that the policy provided meets with your requirements.
